The governance structure of the FMEQ is based on the bylaws of the Federation as adopted in May 2008. The bylaws establish the roles and responsabilities of each of the governance bodies (the Congrès, the Conseil général, the Administrative Council and the Executive Council). They also define the roles of all FMEQ officers and administrators, and the elections process. The governance structure of the IFMSA-Québec, the division of international affairs of FMEQ, is integrated into our main bylaws.
