The Administrative Council (AC) of the FMEQ is responsible for the administration and management of the Federation. It is accountable for all matters relating to internal organization, financial operation and human resources management.
The main functions of the AC are to:
- Adopt policies to improve the management of the Federation
- Adopt the financial statements and see to the proper management of funds of the Federation;
- Manage the human resources of the Federation;
- To handle matters pertaining to the sponsors and partners of the Federation.
The AC consists of six administrators elected amongst FMEQ members by the Congress for a term of one year. They also sit in presence of four members of the Executive Board (the President, the General Secretary, the Finances and Human resources Delegate and Services and Partners Delegate. The members of the Administrative Council convene about twice every session to plan its activities.
