Administrative Affairs
The Administration Council (AC) of the FMEQ is responsible for the administration and management of the Federation. It is accountable for all matters relating to internal organization, financial operation and human resources management.
Our main priorities this year are:
Internal organization
- Draft a language policy
- Draft a green policy
- Update our Bylaws
Finances
Review the overall funding of the Federation, including its membership fee
Human Resources
- Draft a human resources policy
- Hire and train a permanent employee
Services
- Review the usability and future of the FMEQ Agenda and the Cahier des constantes
- Obtain new members benefits
- Develop new useful FMEQ-branded products
- Develop new services
Sponsors
- Reevaluate or renew partnership agreement with diagnostic medical instruments suppliers
- Establish new partnerships
